CANCELLATION & REFUND

Nexgency Consulting LLP (“Nexgency” or “we”) remains dedicated to building long-term, collaborative relationships with each client. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, requiring you to adjust your project needs. This updated Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) aims to establish clear, transparent, and fair guidelines for cancellations and refunds for both Nexgency and our clients.

Mandatory Rules :

  • 1) 7-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your engagement with Nexgency for any reason within 7 days of the project start date. This cooling-off period allows you to thoroughly evaluate our services and confirm they align with your expectations.

  • 2) Cancellation After Project Initiation: To ensure efficient resource allocation and project execution, cancellations will not be accepted once project work has begun and exceeds 15% completion. After exceeding 15% completion, you will retain access to all completed deliverables and ongoing work progress reports.

Refund Amounts:

  • 1) Full Refund: For cancellations exercised within the 7-day cooling-off window, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus any bank transfer fees, within 7 working days from confirmation.

  • 2) Partial Refund: After exceeding the 7-day window or 15% project completion (whichever comes first), refunds will be pro-rated based on the completed work up to the point of cancellation.

  • 3) Cancellation Initiation: To initiate a cancellation, please send a clear and concise email to info@nexgencyconsulting.com stating your desire to cancel and the reason for cancellation. We encourage you to be as specific as possible to help us improve our services and avoid similar misunderstandings in the future. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.

  • 4) Dispute Resolution: Any disputed cancellation or refund requests will be addressed through email or communication with customer service. In case of unresolved disputes, the issue will be escalated to middle management for further investigation and a fair resolution. We are committed to open communication and finding solutions that benefit both parties.

Cancellation Policy Rules:

 

Due to the unique nature of some services, specific cancellation rules apply beyond the general policy :

 

  • 1) Custom Coding and Nimble Applications: Cancellations after design or development approval (even within the 7-day window) will result in a 35% refund. This covers the initial planning, research, and initial design/development efforts invested in your project.

  • 2) High-Quality Backlinks and On-Page SEO: Cancellations after the initial link building or on-page optimization phase (even within the 7-day window) will result in a pro-rated refund based on completed work. This ensures fair compensation for the initial SEO efforts undertaken on your behalf.

  • 3) Fastest Load-Times and Strategic Campaign Creation: Cancellations after initial setup or implementation (even within the 7-day window) will result in a pro-rated refund based on completed work. This reflects the value delivered through the optimization and campaign setup phases.

 

Additional Information:

 

  • 1) Partial Deliverables: For projects involving phased deliverables, completed deliverables upon cancellation will be retained by you. Subsequent phases will not be initiated, and associated costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • 2) Retention of Project Files: Upon cancellation, all project files and intellectual property developed up to that point will remain the property of Nexgency. We will, however, be happy to discuss options for purchasing additional rights to the developed materials.

  • 3) Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation: All confidential information shared during the project engagement will remain confidential even after cancellation. Furthermore, you agree not to solicit any Nexgency employees or contractors for a period of 12 months following the cancellation date.
